Here, facing the sea, we find an exclusive private residence which was born from the encounter between technological innovation and contemporary design: Florida Keys. Designed by Terry Parker & Associates Architects, this home has been enhanced with a refined, robust glass and stainless steel lift, made by the Canadian company UT Elevator.
The silent elegance of flush-mounted technology.
To complete the lift system making sure to guarantee style, strength and durability, we chose Vega components for lifts. Thus, after a thorough analysis of the context in which the components would be fitted, we supplied flush-mounted, contactless operating panels integrated in glass panels. Accompanying the TL-X Italo push buttons, latest generation touchless technology, with laser proximity sensor for touch operation.

The synergy between UT Elevator and Vega resulted in a unique solution, specifically developed for this special installation. Due to its high level of innovation, the project was awarded the prestigious ’Project of the Year 2021 – category ‘Elevators in private residences’ – award, from the renowned international magazine Elevator World.
