This is the astonishing scenario designed by <strong>One High Line<\/strong>. Formerly known as &#8216;XI&#8217;, this majestic <strong>residential skyscraper<\/strong> houses <strong>236 luxury residences <\/strong>located in the west tower (<strong>36 floors<\/strong>) and the east tower (<strong>26 floors<\/strong>); plus a luxury hotel (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sixsenses.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Six Senses<\/a>) with spa services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"margin-left:-2px;\">What is behind the project?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Developed in <strong>2015<\/strong> thanks to the non-conformist vision of Danish architect <a href=\"https:\/\/big.dk\/projects\/one-high-line-3358\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Bjarke Ingels<\/strong><\/a>, the project was created in such a way as to provide all residents with a view of the <strong>Hudson River<\/strong> (on one side) and the teeming city of <strong>Manhattan<\/strong> (on the other). In addition, it allows access to the <strong>High Line, <\/strong>the famous elevated park built on a disused section of the old New York railway. With its unusual combination of travertine, bronze and glass, inspired by the warehouses of the <strong>Meatpacking District, O<\/strong>ne High Line is a high example of industrial design applied to the residential sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"margin-left:-2px;\">The Italian touch in the lift, with Iris Touch.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In such a prestigious context, lift systems become essential to elevate the quality of life for residents and tourists. And this is where the international company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tkelevator.com\/us-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TK Elevator<\/strong><\/a> comes into action, in collaboration with <strong>Vega<\/strong>: a specialist in high-design components for lifts. On this occasion, Vega launched its first <a href=\"https:\/\/vegalift.it\/en\/style\/display\/iris-touch\/\"><strong>Iris Touch 22&#8217;\u2019<\/strong><\/a> display. It is a <strong>full HD touchscreen display<\/strong> with integrated speech synthesis, internet services connection and a 100% customisable interface.
