Here, facing the sea, we find an exclusive private residence <\/strong>which was born from the encounter between technological innovation<\/strong> and contemporary design<\/strong>: Florida Keys. Designed by Terry Parker & Associates Architects<\/a>, <\/strong>this home has been enhanced with a refined, robust glass and stainless steel lift, <\/strong>made by the Canadian company UT Elevator<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The silent elegance of flush-mounted technology.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To complete the lift system making sure to guarantee style, strength and durability, we chose Vega components for lifts<\/strong>. Thus, after a thorough analysis of the context in which the components would be fitted, we supplied flush-mounted, contactless operating panels<\/strong> integrated in glass panels. Accompanying the TL-X Italo push buttons<\/a>, <\/strong>latest generation touchless<\/strong> technology, with laser proximity sensor for touch operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The synergy between UT Elevator and Vega resulted in a unique solution, specifically developed for this special installation<\/strong>. Due to its high level of innovation, the project was awarded the prestigious \u2019Project of the Year 2021<\/strong> – category ‘Elevators in private residences’ – award, from the renowned international magazine Elevator World<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
